"Wobble" for the win!

"Wobble" take out the win at NZ Chamber Music Contest

We are thrilled to announce that one of our groups, "Wobble", has come home with first place in the recent NZ Chamber Music Contest. Richard Paull tutored the group (so named because their music asked them to wobble in this modern piece for three violins by Paul Trapkus), and while we are often fortunate to come home with a Highly Commended or two, the last time we won the competition was in 2002. The Bay of Plenty regionals took place in Tauranga and was populated by local schools. The next round of the competition is in Auckland on Saturday. Brilliant work!
