Senior Assessment Guide

The New Zealand education system is currently in the process of great change.  The New Zealand Curriculum refresh is reinvigorating our current status quo so that schools and communities are better supported to do what they do best: create rich and responsive learning that helps every ākonga realise their goals and aspirations. The staff at Taupo-nui-a-Tia College have been working very hard this year to see what NCEA could look like in 2024 and beyond with level 1 being a compulsory implementation under the new refresh.

Use the KAMAR parent/student (http://www.taupocollege.ac.nz) logon to;

  • Regularly monitor your total NCEA credits
  • Go to Course Outlines/NCEA Assessment outlines for level 1, 2 or 3.
    If you have concerns or questions about your child’s progress, please make an appointment with the relevant teachers.
