Celebrating Cycling Success!

Some of our talented cycling athletes were out and about competing over the recent school holidays. These students earned some fantastic results and represented Taupo-nui-a-Tia College with pride.


NZ & NISS Track Cycling - 4/5 July

Amélie Wood placed 2nd in the North Island Event, and 4th place overall nationally.

North Island Cyclocross 14/15 July

Antonia Shepherd placed 2nd in her age group and 3rd overall female, while Amber Nicol placed 2nd in her age group and 4th overall female. 

Amélie Wood recently competed in the second round of the National Track Series in the sprints section against the team that is going to the Worlds. She is currently leading the pack in 1st place for the series.
