With the crystal-clear freshwater lake, surrounded by native bush and close to New Zealand’s largest ski field.  We are making the most of what our area has to offer with frequent opportunities for the students to Ski, Tramp, mountain bike, sea kayak, rock climb, and camp. Besides that, Taupo has a vibrant shopping area, with some nice cafes and restaurants.

Taupo has several dance studios a theatre company (ACT2), a pottery studio, and a photography club.

Being right in the center of the North Island makes Taupo easily accessible with a small domestic airport offering flights from Auckland and Wellington, and an easy three-hour drive from Auckland International Airport. Intercity buses connect Taupo to other areas.   There are many good reasons why Taupo is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country.
