Being a part of Taupo-nui-a-Tia College means being part of a strong traditional college.

Our college is divided into four houses, named after our local mountains and each student is allocated to a house.

There is a House cup awarded to the house that gains the most points in the following events:

SPIRIT WEEK, ATHLETICS DAY, CROSS COUNTRY, WINTERSPORTS DAY, SWIMMING SPORTS AND ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT
