Our programmes will help students to:

  • Experience the enjoyment of physical activity
  • Apply basic motor skills to everyday living and to specialised activities
  • Develop and maintain physical fitness
  • Learn to make informed decisions about a healthy lifestyle
  • Develop and enjoy life-long leisure interests
  • Develop attitudes and practices for safe participation in physical activities
  • Develop self-esteem, co-operation and tolerence
  • Learn to face and respond to challenges
  • Understand the structure and function of the body
  • Interact with others of different backgrounds, culture, gender, ability and age

 

 


Life skills is compulsory throughout Years 9 to Years 12.
