A strong network exists in the College to help and support students.
Deans oversee the guidance and minor discipline for students of each year group.

There is a Dean attached to each Year group. They are responsible for the pastoral care and guidance of the students in each year. They liaise with teachers and parents over the progress or otherwise of students in their year group.

In addition the Year 9 Dean is responsible for gathering academic, cultural and sporting information about our new entrants and placing them into appropriate classes. They are the first point of contact for all our new entrants and caregivers.

The Year 12/13 Deans also take a more pastoral role with our senior students. They guide them in their academic pathway, providing them with information appropriate with their abilities to make good choices when they take the pathway out of school.
